Click on the Apple logo at the top-left corner of your screen and select System Preferences. Identity added: /Users/xxx/.ssh/id_rsa (/Users/xxx/.ssh/id_rsa) To be able to SSH into your Mac from a Windows PC, you need to first enable this option on your Mac. This is what I see when I run ssh-add -K ~/.ssh/id_rsa: I have followed the instructions carefully 3x over here: Īnd yet this is what I get any time I try to clone or do anything with SSH: Bad configuration option: usekeychain But, I will leave this post up in case it might help someone in the future. Thanks to primitive_screwhead, I got this problem fixed.
